First, prepare and measure out the shrimp and scampi ingredients with the measuring spoons.
Then, preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Drop in the butter and let it melt.
Add in the chopped shallots and minced garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Next, pour in cooking white wine.
Then, add in the shrimp.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add in the salt and pepper and mix well.
Next, transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving bowl and pour in the lemon juice.
Finally, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve!

Storing Shrimp ScampiTo store shrimp scampi: transfer the shrimp to a shallow airtight container, or wrap them tightly with kitchen foil or plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Always label the date on the outside of the container to keep up with freshness.
