First, use the measuring spoons to measure out the seasonings and oil. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Then, grab the cutting gear and put on some disposable gloves.I highly recommend using disposable gloves, otherwise, the sweet potatoes will stain your hands a bright orange color!
Next, use the peeler to peel all of the sweet potatoes.
Set aside the peeled potatoes in a large glass mixing bowl.
Then, remove the peels from the cutting board and dispose of them.
Begin cutting the sweet potatoes by slicing them in half. Then, slice the halves in half again and begin cutting the slices into cubes.
Repeat this process until all sweet potatoes are cubed and place the cubes in the large mixing bowl.
Pour the oil, salt, and pepper over the sweet potato cubes.
Then, with covered hands, mix the cubes until they’re all evenly coated in oil and seasonings.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the seasoned sweet potato cubes over the lined baking tray in a single layer.
Roast the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Storing Roasted Sweet PotatoesTo store roasted sweet potatoes: transfer the potatoes to an airtight container. Store them in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always label the date on the outside of the container to keep up with freshness. The best way to reheat roasted sweet potatoes is in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 375°F.
