First, using the measuring cup and spoons, measure out the meatball ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Next, add both the ground beef and the ground pork to a large glass mixing bowl.
Then, pour the beaten eggs and milk in the bowl.
Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Lastly, drop in the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese into the bowl.
Then, use the potato masher to mix all the ingredients together without having to dirty your hands.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use the dough scoop to scoop perfect round meatballs onto the lined baking sheet.
Then, bake the meatballs for 20-24 minutes.
Finally, serve and enjoy!

Storing Homemade MeatballsTo store homemade meatballs: transfer the meatballs to an airtight container or wrap with aluminum foil and seal in a ziploc bag. Store the meatballs in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always label the date on the outside of the container to keep up with freshness.
