First, measure out the boba pearl ingredients with the measuring cup.
Next, pour the water into a 6-quart cooking pot.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Then, once the water is boiling, add in the uncooked boba pearls.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook the boba pearls for 15 minutes while stirring continuously to keep the pearls from sticking together.
Next, turn the heat off completely, secure the lid, and let the boba pearls steep for another 15 minutes.
After steeping, drain and rinse the boba pearls through a fine mesh strainer.
Then, transfer the boba to a clean mixing bowl.
Next, add in the brown sugar.
Mix the sugar in with the boba pearls until they’re completely combined.
Finally, these boba pearls are ready to be served however you please!

Boba Pearl Serving and Storage: Do not store cooked boba pearls in the refrigerator or freezer! These boba pearls should be used/eaten within 8-10 hours of being cooked. They should be kept at room temperature or even a bit warmer, if possible.
