Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the butter until smooth.
Add the cinnamon sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until combined.
Heat grill to high.
Brush both sides of the peaches with canola oil, then grill the cut side.
Flip the peaches and add even amounts of butter to each, and grill until melted.
Serve with vanilla icing or whipped cream with a mint garnish.
