Hot Chocolate
Hot Chocolate Bar
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ¼ Cup Baking Cocoa
- 1 Dash Salt
- ⅓ Cup Hot Water
- 4 Cups Milk
- ¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add water, and bring to a boil. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the milk, and heat to serving temperature. (Don’t boil at this point)
- Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Whisk until frothy.
